We do not offer refunds of any kind. Please be mindful of our small business. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you read the sizing & listings correctly before purchasing. By placing your order you have acknowledged and accepted these terms. ORDERS MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED.

We do not offer refunds/returns for personalized items. However, we want to ensure that you are fully satisfied. If there are any issues with your order, please message us within 1 business day of delivery.

All items ship via USPS Priority Mail, as well as UPS. We are not responsible for damages during delivery or shipping to an incorrectly provided address. If your item was damaged, please take pictures and send them to us right away so we may begin the claim process.

We offer shipping, local delivery, and pick-up.

Shipping pricing depends on the weight and size of your order!

Local delivery is available with a fee depending on distance! Free local Sevier County delivery for orders over $200. The larger your order price is the cheaper your delivery fee is.

If you choose in person pick up you must respect our privacy and only show up when its time to pick up your order since we are home based. Once your order is ready we will let you know and you can give us a time and we’ll make sure to have it ready! Always let us know before you arrive or when you prepare to come!

Shipping is available only in the US for now! Once it is shipped to you we are not responsible for any damage, stolen, or lost package. If you are confronted with any of these issues then please contact the shipping company.
